Alberta Blue Cross
Alberta Blue Cross has approached us for the photo booth solution for their event activation to promote their brand at the 106th CFL Grey Cup event here in Edmonton. Together with Blue Cross we decided to utilize our Digital Aura Selfie Booth. To match the theme of the event, we ordered a custom football field backdrop with Alberta Blue Cross logo hidden within a blimp. To perfectly match the theme there was a custom grey cup prop.
Heart Melt Motel
Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc contacted me with request to provide photo booth services for their Instagram installation of Heart Melt Motel at Southgate Centre in Edmonton. Heart Melt Motel was an ice-cream themed installation where shoppers could hang out, take selfies/photos, get delicious treats and enter to win a trip to California by taking a photo and using the hashtag #heartmeltmotel. We provided our Digital Selfie Aura Booth as an addition to this unique set up so people could enjoy taking photos, GIFs and Boomerangs with beautiful branded backdrop provided by the client. This event went so well we event set up in Guildford Town Centre in Vancouver. Search #heartmeltmotel on Instagram and you will see the effect we had on social media.
Leduc Business Expo
A week prior to Easter weekend we were set up at Leduc Recreation Centre for the Leduc Business Expo. We were hired by the Leduc Chamber of Commerce to promote a new app called Getintheloop. Instead of doing a traditional photo booth, we utilized our Digital Selfie Aura Booth to take pictures with the Easter bunny. We provided a ton of fun Easter themed props and were pulling families in to take their family photos or photos of their children with the Easter bunny and then directing them to download the app for a chance to spin and win. Our Digital Selfie Booth allowed us to get a email and phone data list for retargeting.

Corporate bookings are quoted per event. Your price depends on how many hours you need, which booth you choose, whether you want prints, and add-ons like a branded template or a social sharing station. Free setup and takedown are included in every package and do not count against your hours of operation. Send us your event details and we will quote the exact number.
Yes. Every print template and digital overlay is custom designed to match your brand and the theme of your event. Send us your logo and brand colours when you book and we will build the template before your event date.
Yes. Our social sharing station lets guests send their photos straight to their own email or social accounts, and it can capture emails and phone numbers for your follow-up along with analytics on how the activation performed. Ask about data capture when you request your quote.
Yes. Inception Photo Booth is fully insured and holds a valid business licence. Most Edmonton venues ask for proof of insurance before the event — let us know which venue you are using and we will send it across.
We need roughly 10 ft x 10 ft with easy access to a power outlet. Setup takes about 1.5 hours and we can usually work around your program. If you need us set up early, tell us when you book and we will arrange it based on availability.
